ROYAL TASMANIAN BOTANICAL GARDENS, HOBART

A peaceful pause in the middle of Hobart! The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens is Australia’s second-oldest botanical garden and one of Tasmania’s most treasured attractions. Established in 1818, the Gardens span 14 hectares and feature an outstanding collection of native and exotic plants, including the renowned Subantarctic Plant House, which recreates the cool, misty conditions of the Southern Ocean islands. With beautifully maintained landscapes, historic features, and year-round displays, the Gardens provide a peaceful setting for visitors to explore, learn, and connect with nature.
